Chef Olivier Tali works with local quality products. Almost all of our dishes are prepared gluten free.

This high quality cuisine where everything is homemade, you will be served for groups of 6 to 12 people.

Proclaimed "Canardier Master", he will be happy to share with you the secret of his new creation. He will reveal to you the Duckling à la Rouennaise, an 300 year's old recipe and flambéed while preparing it directly in front of you.
