Unique in the Laurentians, Le Cheval de Jade is a French fine cuisine restaurant located on Saint-Jovite street in Mont Tremblant.

The restaurant's specialities are fish and sea food. The Mediterranean fish soup and the bouillabaisse are prepared with fish directly imported from Mediterranean sea in order to give you an authentic taste.

Every season, the chef Olivier Tali changes his menu by using local and organic products as much as possible.

During the summer, the terrace is surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers which creates a perfect environment for a romantic dinner.

Built in 1925, the house retains its ancestral charm. The interior design was created by the internationally known artist Serge Dubreuil. A permanent exhibition of his paintings can be seen in the restaurant.
